Sega Rally 3
News is afoot that the third installment (not the 3rd installment of the Sega game i'm waiting for *coughSHENMUEcough*) of the entertaining Sega Rally series is finished and almost ready for shipping. Now i'm sure you are all familar with this series, debuting in the Arcades and nicely converted onto the Sega Saturn, then the second was released a few years later in the arcades then converted over onto the dreamcast.
Then of course we have the untimely demise of the DC, so naturally wonderings have been about concerning the 3rd game. But after a gap of a few years we've heard news that the game is complete and ready to ship off into the arcades. Sega are fantastic when it comes to the Arcade scene, so this is obviously great news.
The game, being or has been rather , developed by Sega Rosso and news has it that members of the Initial D team have also been at work on the game, and given the success of D its looking good for the series.
Official word is likely to follow soon, and the Playstation 2 is expected to be the home platform it'll be seen on
